2. Domestic Shipping:
- Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days.
- Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
3. International Shipping:
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
4. Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your order’s progress via the provided link.

Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Policy:
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. Conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Products that are damaged or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a return.
3. Process:
- Contact us at info@keywestsunshirts.com indicating the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
- Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), if they meet the conditions stated above, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, refund, or replacement at our expense.
